Sophia Cameron, Client Relations Manager at Brightstar works hand in hand with families to educate and provide home care services to those in need. She is active with the families throughout the duration of their service, managing changes in care needs as they develop and recommending additional services as appropriate.

Kathleen has been working with seniors in Northern Virginia since 2012 in both communities as well as home care. In 2023, Kathleen started K&M Senior Care Connections as a way to connect and help more families in the area navigate the sometimes confusing and often overwhelming task of finding the right senior living options for them. In 2023, Kathleen started K&M Senior Care Connections as a way to connect and help more families in the area navigate the sometimes confusing and often overwhelming task of finding the right senior living options for them. As a native of Northern Virginia, Kathleen is an expert in the area market and loves working with families to help them reach their care goals, whether in a local community or at home with resources. She also represents Grace in Motion, providing mobility equipment to seniors, including mobility scooters, lift chairs and stair lifts. When not helping families, Kathleen loves spending time with her own family, crafting, and spending time with friends.
